01Am I eligible to clear my record?
That depends on the type of charge, when it happened, what the outcome was, and whether you've had any subsequent legal issues. Some clearances (like Pennsylvania's Clean Slate sealing) happen automatically; others require a petition. The fastest way to know is to send us your record details for a free evaluation. 02What does this cost?
Fees vary by service and complexity. Expungements and sealing petitions are generally less expensive than full Governor's pardons, which involve a much longer process. We'll quote a flat fee for your specific situation after the free evaluation. If cost is a barrier, ask us. Sometimes we can help find a path forward.
03How long does it take?
Expungements and sealing can take a few months from filing to court order. Cannabis pardons under the Governor's expanded program move faster than full pardons. Standard Governor's pardons take years, often two to five, and require a hearing before the Board of Pardons. We'll give you an honest timeline once we know your specific case.
04Is what I tell you confidential?

06What if my conviction was a long time ago, or in another state?
Older convictions are sometimes easier to clear, not harder. Pennsylvania's Clean Slate law specifically addresses older non-violent records. Out-of-state convictions are different. We only practice Pennsylvania law, so we can't clear records from other states. If your conviction was in another state, we'll point you toward who can.
